Are the items sanitized?
Yes. Every single piece undergoes a professional cleaning and sanitizing process at our Studio. We ensure each garment is clean, odorless, and ready to wear the moment it arrives.
How can I be sure about the sizing?
Vintage sizing is wild, it often differs from modern standards or varies between brands. That’s why we ignore the tag and provide real measurements in centimeters for every product.
We recommend checking the measurement chart in the last photo and comparing the measurements with an item you already own.
What are the shipping times and costs?
We ship worldwide using selected logistics partners (DHL, GLS, UPS). Average delivery times are:
- Italy: 1-3 business days (from € 9.90).
- Europe: 3-6 business days (from € 17.90).
- World: 5-10 business days (from € 49.90). The exact cost is calculated at checkout based on the order weight. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as the package is handed to the courier.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through all major international circuits:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
- PayPal.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
- Klarna (Pay in 3 interest-free installments).
Note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
What is the return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Since these are unique pieces, refunds are issued as Store Credit of equal value, valid indefinitely on our site. To start the process, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.
Are the products authentic?
We guarantee the authenticity of every item listed. Our team carefully inspects tags, materials, stitching, and production codes during selection. Fakes and replicas have no place at Vintage Machine.
How do you grade the condition?
For maximum transparency, every garment is inspected and classified into three grades of wear:
- Grade A (Mint): Excellent condition, like new or Deadstock.
- Grade B (Worn-In): Great condition, with slight signs of age but fully intact.
- Grade C (Distressed): Items with visible wear or repairs, specifically selected for their lived-in aesthetic.
