HOW IT WORKS
1. SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST
Fill out the form below. Upload clear photos of the full garment, details, and especially internal tags (crucial for authentication). Indicate the brand, size, and real condition. Transparency regarding any defects saves us both time.
2. GET A QUOTE
Within 48 business hours, our team will analyze your request. If the item aligns with our selection, you will receive a preliminary valuation. You can choose between direct payment (Bank Transfer or PayPal) or a higher-value Store Credit to spend on our site.
3. SHIP YOUR ITEM
If you accept the valuation, ship the package to our Studio. Ensure the item is clean, folded, and packed with care.
4. GET PAID
Once received, the item undergoes a physical Quality Check for authenticity and condition. If compliant, we will issue the payment (via Transfer/PayPal) or send the voucher within 48 business hours.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Our focus is on Archive Design and garments that have shaped fashion history. We are not looking for the latest weekly "drop" or basic current items, but rather pieces from past collections (80s to early 2000s) or special collaborations. We are interested in unique pieces, runway items, or garments with relevant technical/tailoring details.
WHAT WE DO NOT BUY:
Fast Fashion: (Zara, H&M, Shein, etc.).
General Resell/Modern Hype: Current collection basics (for exemple recent sneakers, basic tees from current drops).
Counterfeit Goods: Zero Tolerance.

IMPORTANT NOTES & TERMS:
1) Authenticity: Zero-tolerance policy for counterfeits. Every item undergoes physical authentication. Fakes will be rejected immediately. 2) Compliance: If the item received does not match the description or photos provided (e.g., hidden defects or undisclosed flaws), the valuation may be revised or withdrawn. 3) Return Shipping: If an item is rejected (due to non-compliance, authenticity issues, or if you do not accept our final valuation), return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the seller. 4) Abandoned Items: If payment for return shipping is not received within 14 business days of our notification, the item will be considered abandoned. Vintage Machine reserves the right to donate it to charity, recycle it, or dispose of it without any compensation.
