• Sizing: Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing. A label reading "Large" from the 90s might fit like a modern "Medium". We provide detailed measurements in centimeters. We accept no responsibility for items that do not fit if the measurements provided were accurate. Please always check measurements before purchasing.
• Colors: We make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

• Valuation: All offers made by Vintage Machine are preliminary and subject to physical inspection. We reserve the right to modify our offer or reject items upon receipt if their condition, authenticity, or style does not match our standards or the initial description provided.
• Authenticity: By sending us items, you warrant that they are authentic and that you are the rightful owner. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods. If an item is found to be counterfeit, it will be rejected immediately.
• Rejection and Return Shipping: If we reject an item (due to condition, authenticity, or style) or if you do not accept our final valuation offer, the cost of return shipping is entirely the responsibility of the seller (you).
• Abandoned Items: If you refuse our offer and do not pay for return shipping within 14 business days of our notification, the items will be considered abandoned and may be donated to charity, recycled, or disposed of at our discretion without any compensation.
• Payment: Payments or Store Credits are issued within 48 business hours of receipt, inspection, and approval of the items by our team.
